In church this past Sunday, Engineering Man and I were talking to another friend about our Bible study homework (that we didn't do). Our friend had great insight about one major Chrostmas event.
Luke 2:13-14
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men."
As our friend realized, and I never had, the angels were speaking about how when Christ was born, he actually created a peace I'm the war of God versus man's sinful nature.
So, this week, as you are crazy with plans, hectic with life, and may want to war with your family, remember God's peace and what he did so we may be at eventual peace with Him forever.
