Monday morning I was trying to get Mini #2 ready for school. My family had been here all weekend and were also getting ready to leave.
Mini #2 was NOT cooperating.
"Buddy, we've got to get ready to go to school."
"Me no go school."
"Oh really? Where are you going then?"
"Me go Papa's house."

Engineering Man has been annoying me with these wonderful food documentaries.
Documentaries about how I need to cut out butter, and sugar, and animal fats...
For a farm girl...this sucks...
But, I love my husband, so I've been looking for some recipes...
This is on my to do list for the week.

Monday's Week in Review...

This week included preparing for papa to come...
...and then stealing mom's phone...
...learning our ABC's...
...and learning how to swing a bat...
...a birthday party at the bounce house...
...can you say muscles...
...and at a burger joint...
...walking home from school...
...with our carpool buddies...
...another tball game...
...with Mini #1's very own cheering squad...
...during the game he joked with his coach...
...and I got a shot of his very favorite look...

...the next day papa came...

...Mini #1 had another tball game, but this time, the kids decided they still needed to climb...
...and to find a place to sleep...
...somewhere along the way I got great shots of my sister with Mini #2...

Mini #1 had his first baseball game on Saturday.
It made me super happy.
One...because I love the game...
...and TWO...because it's 5-year-old baseball... It's hilarious.
