This past week was super crazy.
I mean, SUPER crazy.
An ice/snow storm hit Fort Worth.
And I discovered that since this rarely happens they don't own salt trucks. Just sand trucks...that look like pickup trucks.
So, an inch of ice and a little snow, mixed with cold temps (nothing above 25), led to 4 days of no school for Mr. High School and Little Miss Thing.
Awesome.
On top of this, friends of Mr. & Mrs. K drove down from Wisconsin for the Superbowl.
Awesome.
So, the week included snow days...

...sledding...
...lots of time with this cutie...
...and this cutie...
...Joe Cool...
...games...
...like Mystery Date...
...exhaustion...
...dimples...
...Bloody Mary's with real Russian vodka...
...food...
...and more food...
...around the World ping pong...
...coffee on the snow packed patio....
...pissy kids...
...green and gold...
...Packer fans...
...lots of Packer fans...
...that cheered a lot...
...played in trashcans...
...rubbed remote controls for good luck...
...and promised to jump into the pool when the Pack won...
...did I happen to say it was NOT heated?...
...froze their @$$ off...
...and a joint shower to warm up...
